Third-party Helicopter Maintenance

Comprehensive Fleet Management

Airgreen has logged nearly 35,000 hours of aircraft maintenance over the past three years. Its main hubs—spanning two facilities in the Turin province (the spacious facility in Cafasse and the historic hangar in Robassomero), along with a newly opened site in Saint Denis in the Aosta Valley—support servicing for both its own helicopters and those of third-party operators.

Airgreen takes pride in managing its helicopter fleet directly. From day one, the company has handled all aspects of aircraft maintenance in-house, including full oversight under Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization standards—Airgreen is a certified CAMO—and performs maintenance tasks in accordance with European EASA Part-145 regulations.

Airgreen maintains a strong network of accreditations, manufacturer agreements, and strategic partnerships that extend its maintenance capabilities well beyond its own fleet. As an official installation and maintenance partner, the company is authorized to service a wide range of engines and aircraft types. The team also specializes in full helicopter overhauls, technical support, and repairs, always backed by certified spare parts, advanced tools, and specialized equipment to guarantee exceptional quality and reliability.

Repairs

Airgreen is officially recognized by Augusta Westland S.p.A. as an Authorized Service Center, delivering owners and operators maintenance, repair and technical support for helicopter models AB 412, AB/AW139, and A109. This designation ensures direct access to genuine spare parts, specialized tools and equipment, and manufacturer-approved procedures.

These recognitions not only guarantee access to spare parts and specialized equipment; they also open direct lines of communication with manufacturers. This connection helps create a collaborative environment that supports ongoing product improvements and contributes to more effective technical and maintenance management of helicopters.
