From day one, Airgreen has been deeply committed to training, both for its own team and for aspiring professionals outside the company. As an accredited training center recognized by the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC), we’re authorized to deliver a range of specialized pilot training courses designed to meet industry standards and prepare students for real-world aviation careers.

Aviation has been evolving fast over the last few years and safety remains the top priority. As aerial transport continues to grow, the demand for highly trained professionals has never been greater. Our foundational courses are designed for aspiring aviation maintenance technicians and base maintenance engineers—no prior experience required. After passing each exam, students will receive a Certificate of Recognition, officially accepted across all EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) member countries, giving you access to opportunities across Europe’s aviation industry.

At Airgreen, we don’t just train our own flight crews and keep our licenses relevant—we open the door for future aviation professionals. As a certified Approved Training Organisation (ATO), we offer third-party instruction with officially recognized certificates and qualifications.

The Academy provides a comprehensive flight school program, including both theoretical and practical courses for aspiring pilots. It also offers courses for future maintenance technicians, with specialization opportunities into areas like aircraft maintenance, aeronautical mechanics, and avionics, focused on the systems and equipment that keep the aviation industry moving.

Flying isn’t just what we do; it’s what drives us. That same passion, paired with a strong connection to our local roots, inspires us to welcome young talent into our world Through scheduled internships, hands-on workshops, and guided tours, we give future professionals a chance to explore the helicopter industry up close. We also team up with the Polytechnic University of Turin through official training agreements, offering students a direct path into aviation with real opportunities for growth inside the company.
